Each bedroom leads onto a different balcony. Bedroom 1 directly overlooks the communal swimming pool and bedroom 3 overlooks the piazza.

Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom and a 5 foot double bed and the other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds that can be pushed together if preferred. In the living area a sofa-bed provides extra sleeping room. A cot/playpen is available if requested. Each bedroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

Sliding fly screens mean windows can be left open at night if preferred. The air conditioning can be switched to warm air heating on the rare occasions this might be necessary.

The large fitted kitchen has a washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave.

The designated underground car parking space is close to the lift. Pafos has dozens of car hire firms, some just along the Tombs of the Kings Avenue, a few minutes walk from the apartment. Rentals start at about €15 a day in winter, about €30 in summer.

Our local property manager, Sally Stratton, provides the weekly cleaning service and is also on hand, if you have a problem. Prior to leaving the UK you will have their contact details, a copy of which will also be in the apartment.

They can also help with airport transfers, hiring a car, and anything you need to know about Pafos and Cyprus, excursions and trips, and are on 24 hour call 7 days a week.
